Many kind of the way to doing healty lifestyle such as doing some exercises, consume the healty food, drink a lot of mineral waters, have enough sleep everyday, even to keeping your mind from stress is always one of the way to do the healty lifestyle.

By consume the healty foods we can make our healty life style, it can be started with consume some fruits every day.

As we know that consume fruits has a lot of benefit that needed by our body, and we can make the fruits as our breakfast menu for healty life. If some of you does not like to eat the fruits you can make it to be a glass of juice and drink it as well. Eating fruits for breakfast will not only make you think clearly, it will help you lose weigh and stimulate the digestive tract to energize the body.

By eating a clean and light breakfast in the morning is a great way to transition the body from a fasting state to eating state. Studies have found that consuming a heavy breakfast inhibits fat oxidationh  throughout the day, these heavy meals often include animal products such as eggs and bacon or sausages.

A protein heavy breakfast like eggs, bacon and toast will sit a brick in your stomach and give you feeling of fatigue for the rest of the day. Switch your animal protein based breakifast for fruits, and you will notice immeiate health improvements after just one week.

Eating fruits in the morning or when breakfast time, its mean that you eating the fruits while your stomach is empty, some of the myth claims that eaiting fruit with meals slows digestion and causes food to sit in your stomach and ferment or rot, this myth also claim that eating fruit with meals is what causes gas, discomfort and a range of other unrelated symptoms.

While it is true that the fiber in fruit can slow the release of food from your stomach, the rest of these claims are false. Although fruit can cause your stomach to empty more slowly, it does not cause food to sit in your indefinitely.

Additionaly slowing the empy of your stomach is a good thing. It can help you feel full for longer , which might help you eat fewer calories in the long run. But even if fruit did cause food to sit in your stomach for significantly longer than usual, your stomach is specificaly designed to prevent the growth bacteria, which is what causes fermentation and rotting.

When food reach the stomach, it is mixed with stomach acid, which has a very slow pH of about one or two. Your stomach contents become so acidic that most microorganisms can not grow. This part of digestion occurs partly to help kill bacterica in your food and prevent microbial growth. As for the rest of thes claims, seaying eating fruit with meals is the cause of bloating diarrhea and discomfort is equally misleading.

While eating fruits when empty stomach or in the morning as breakfast menu is good thing and that is one of the way to start the healty life, many reasons why you should start eating fruits for breakfast as following :
